Dinsdagavond 8 november is een 31-jarige man uit Schalkhaar licht gewond geraakt nadat een conflict uit de hand was gelopen. De politie is op zoek naar getuigen. De politie kreeg rond 21.00 uur een melding dat er een gewonde man was aangetroffen op de Timmermansweg. Vermoedelijk heeft de man in de kerk aan de Timmermansweg ruzie gekregen met een bekende en is hij vervolgens gestoken. Hij raakte daarbij lichtgewond.
Woensdagmiddag 9 november heeft een 34-jarige man uit Schalkhaar zich gemeld bij de politie omdat hij betrokken zou zijn bij het incident. De politie is een onderzoek gestart en wil graag spreken met mensen die iets hebben gezien of gehoord.
